It is expressly understood that all purchasers in consideration of doing business with Federal-Mogul should accept that as part of the purchase they acknowledge that due to conditions and circumstances under which all parts are installed and used, purchasers are responsible for their own decision and Federal-Mogul are in no circumstances responsible for any claim or demand which should occur from any such decision. It is understood that nothing in these pages can be handled as part of any kind of agreement between 2 parties in respect of purchase.
Purchasers and Federal-Mogul conciously desire to make their own bargain, irrespective of any court decision. As part of this bargain purchasers understand that no employee or distributor can make any statement or agreement contrary to this disclaimer.

Usage of the parts :

Federal-Mogul expressly recommend that all parts from the Ferodoracing range are installed by experienced mechanics only. The information and recommendations are provided « as is », under no circumstances whatsoever shall Federal-Mogul Corporation be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the recommended use of the parts
